FREE Monthly Mindfulness, Relaxation & Meditation Session

Join us on the last Thursday of every month at 5:00 PM for a free group session designed to help adults unwind, practice mindfulness, and connect with others after a busy workday. Each session features 35-40 minutes of guided relaxation, breathing exercises, and gentle meditation.
